Excellence at sea.
Commitment on shore.
To establish ourselves as the leading maritime service provider in the country, with a strong focus on excellence in manning and ship management.
A Philippine maritime company built on the expertise of our people and the trust of our partners.

OSM Shipping Phils., Inc. was established in September 1989 as an international manning agency, supplying highly qualified Filipino seafarers to shipping companies operating across the Pacific and Atlantic regions.

Today, OSMP delivers full-service manning and ancillary support to shipowners and ship management companies worldwide. Skilled, reliable, well-trained maritime personnel remain at the centre of that work.
